## Abstract **Objectives/Hypothesis** The aim of the study was to evaluate the incidence of short‐ and intermediate‐term postoperative complications after vestibular schwannoma surgery. **Study Design** Retrospective review in a tertiary referral center. **Methods** In 400 patients who underwent
