2239 102 of the stars is most probably variable. On Nov. 20, 1876 I found 30 fully a half magnitude brighter than 3%. March 31, 1877. 38 and 39 nearly equal. Pierce (Annals of Harvard College Observatory Val. IX) estimates 38 at 6 O i and 39 at 5.90 or about 4 mag. in favour of 39. 5. 27 Sextantis.
