✦ Synopsis
The study of the ground state of liquid and solid 4tie in two dimensions (2D) and at zero temperature, using Variational Monte Carlo (VMC) method, is presented. The trial wave functions used include the shadow wave function (SWF) and the recently proposed extended shadow wave function (ESWF), as well as Jastrow (JWF), Jastrow-Nosanow (JNWF) and Jastrow+Triplet wave function (JTWF).
