Effective time variation of G in a model
✍ Reza Mansouri; Forough Nasseri; Mohammad Khorrami 📂 Article 📅 1999 🏛 Elsevier Science 🌐 English ⚖ 73 KB

Time variation of the Newtonian gravitational constant, G, is studied in model universes with a variable space dimension proposed recently. Using the Lagrangian formulation of these models, we find the effective gravitational constant as a function of time. To compare it with observational data, a t

Observations of the Sun with a 3840/~ interference filter of 12 ~ full-width at half-maximum are compared with broad band filtergrams at 5300/~ and 6103/~ magnetograms. The limit for detecting faculae by the three techniques is compared. An improvement in detecting faculae at 3840 ~ can be obtained

The effect of time of day on the neural activation and contractile properties of the human adductor pollicis muscle was investigated in 13 healthy subjects. Two different times of day were chosen, corresponding to the minimum (7 h) and maximum (18 h) levels of strength. The force produced was compar
