✦ Synopsis
The human MLV14 locus, located 20 kilobases 3' of MYC, is rearranged in two Burkitt's lymphoma cell lines with either a t(28)(p12;q24) or t(822)(q24;q I I). Alterations of MLV14 may have prognostic significance in some types of 6-cell malignancies.
