✦ Synopsis

Samantha Moon finds herself the target of an ancient creature when the sinister being confronted her on the street in front of a Calabasas movie theater. At first, Sam has no way of knowing how dangerous the city has become for her, but, with a little bit of digging, she soon realizes how much of a threat the 'dead witch' really is.

With a little help from her friends, some old and some new, Samantha launches an all-out attack against the newest addition to L.A.'s supernatural scene. In the process, she comes to new realizations about the role she plays in the city's preternatural underground.

The bond between friends grows, and new friends are made as Sam and the council defend Southern California against one of the vilest beasts to have ever found its way to the West Coast.
