The third installment of the Valley saga starts with Tonya doing her shift of work at The Kennel, a secretive NYC institution, where submissives are kept for some time at request of their owners. But then she finds herself sent on a secret FBI mission to entrap Hiro Atamo, a wealthy Japanese, who is not only a businessman, but also a slaver and kidnapper.

On board of Hiros yacht she finds Maria, which she already knows fro The Kennel – and Rhianna Summer, FBI agent, who has been trying to find informaton on hiro and is now a slave, just like Tonya and Maria.

As usual, there is bondage and nakedness galore.
