✦ Synopsis

The rc&?ctance of solid nitrogen and oxygen has been measured at a 15O nnglc of incidcncc from 10 to 23 eV at to~u~erntures below 10% using svnchrotron radiation. The observed transitions are compared to molec&r excitations.
