## Abstract Ultraviolet light (UV) sensitivity and photoreactivation of algal virus (cyanophage) LPP‐1 were studied after multiplication in host alga __Plectonema boryanum__ in presence of 5‐bromouracil (5‐BU) alone and in conjunction with sulfanilamide. Virus particles containing 5‐BU were more se
