✦ Synopsis

DECHEMA Chemistry Data Series. Vapor-liquid equilibrium data collection. Vol. I, part Zd, Organic hydroxy compounds; Alcohols and Phenoles (Supplement 2). 79Opp., prepared by Gmeling J., Onken U. and Weidlich U., Vol. I, part 5, Carboxylic acids, anhydrides, esters. 705 pp., prepared by Gmeling J., Onken U. and Grenzheuser P., Edited by Behrens D. and Eckermann R., published by Decbema, Frankfurt/Main 1982 Vol. I part 2d is the third supplement of the vapor-liquid equilibrium data collection and contains mainly data which had been recently published. In addition to the experimental and calculated data sets, so-called incomplete x-y-data at constant temperature (without experimental data for the pressure) are involved as well as recommended values for the constants of Wilson, NRTL and UNIQUAC for systems with at least two data sets fulfilling the consistency tests. In total 411 binary 29 ternary and 3 quarternary systems with 57 different organic hydroxy compounds are involved. The sequence of systems is arranged according to the index of Chemical Abstracts. An appendix with pure component parameters required for the Wilson and the UNIQUAC equation as well as a fomula index and an alphabetical index of the systems conclude the volume. Vol. I part 5, first postponed to include the effect of User Guide on Process Integration for the Efficient Use of Energy.
