✦ Synopsis
Abatraet-Based on the modem theory of electrolyte solutions, some semi-empirical formulae, useful for least-squares approximation of molar conductance data of many aqueous solutions of strong electrolytes, have been proposed. The range of concentration is from zero to several kmol me3, the accuracy is of the order of 0.1%. The formulae can be applied for processing experimental data, initially for generating tables of required format. Results of the approximation obtained for a number of commonly-used solutions, supplemented by discussion and directions for possible users, have been presented.
