Cervical pregnancy is a rare occurrence that may become a life-threatening situation. A cervical abortion has clinical and sonographic findings similar to a cervical pregnancy, and an accurate diagnosis is critical when making management decisions. This case demonstrates the sonographic criteria for

โฆ Synopsis
Abstract
We describe the efficacy of timeโresolved MR angiography in diagnosing a case of pelvic congestion syndrome (PCS). MR angiography, using fourโdimensional (4D) TRAK (TimeโResolved Angiography using Keyhole) technique was used in an 81โyearโold woman presenting with low backache, pelvic pain, and left pelvic fullness. Dynamic images were obtained in multiple vascular phases including arterial, arteriovenous, and venous phases. The high temporal resolution of 4D TRAK could demonstrate early retrograde left ovarian vein filling as well as multiple dilated pelvic varices, allowing the prospective diagnosis of PCS to be made. Although uncommon in this age group, the diagnosis was subsequently confirmed on conventional catheter venography with symptomatic relief after successful embolization of the incompetent left ovarian vein. The MRA and correlative catheter venography images are presented in this case report. J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2010;32:700โ704. ยฉ 2010 WileyโLiss, Inc.

In suspension polymerisation processes, the principal aim is the formation of as uniform a suspension as possible of monomer droplets in an aqueous phase and the prevention of coalescence of these droplets during reaction, as this controls the size distribution of final polymer particles. In order t
