In this work we demonstrate the use of peptide as a stable internal mass standard to obtain accurate mass measurements of infrared multiphoton dissociation (IRMPD) generated phosphorothioate oligonucleotide fragment ions. Because oligonucleotides are more readily dissociated in the gas phase by IRMP
