Abstract
The influence of the s‐d interaction on the ferromagnet with S = 1/2 with nearest‐neighbour exchange interaction has been considered using the double‐time Green's functions. The equations of motion have been obtained for two kinds of Green's functions G(−) and G(+), which are derived using commutator and anticommutator, respectively. Expressions are given for the energy shift and damping caused by the s–d interaction, using the decoupling approximation proposed by Katsura and Horiguchi.
