Abstract
The ^13^C NMR chemical shifts of C‐7 to C‐11 saturated sterol side chains have been calculated both by the LINDEMAN & ADAMS and by the GRANT & PAUL equations. The results have been compared with published data. Attributions of the literature have been revised. Calculated data presented allow convenient characterization of C‐7 to C‐ll saturated sterol side chains.
