Abstract
The ฮท^4^โdiphosphacyclobutadiene complexes [M(ฮท^5^โC~5~R~5~)(ฮท^4^โP~2~C~2~Bu)] (M ๏ฃพ Co, Rh; R ๏ฃพ H, Me), react with Rh(I), Pt(O), and Pt(II) centers via the phosphorus lone paris of the rings of afford mixed metal complexes. The crystal and molecular structure of the novel hexarhodium complex [Rh~2~Cl~2~{Rh(P~2~C~2~Bu)}]~4~ (Cp ๏ฃพ N^5^โC~5~H~5~) is presented and discussed.
