nspite of its influence in the US RE space, ACORE operates with just five full-time employees -and until recently, even fewer. Mike Eckhart, ACORE's President and one of its founders, only formally became an employee less than a year ago. Jodie Roussell, Associate Director, who has been with ACORE since it was founded (and was Eckhart's research assistant before this), became an employee in 2004; Tom Weirich, Director of Membership, two years ago. Courtney Tharpe, Director of Events, and Nicholas Bennett, Research Assistant, have joined within the last couple of months. Two more directors are currently being recruited, and more may follow.
