Metheus-Computervision I ncorporated are offering an upgrade package for the Metheus-CV 700 series of workstations, it consists of a new CPU and a high performance disc controller. Doug Johnson, marketing manager, explains the benefits of an upgrade package, 'we allow our customers to grow with us techno-Iogically,.without incurring the onerous costs of starting from scratch'. The package costs $15 000 US and this price includes installation.
Metheus-Computervision are also offering additional storage space formatted for Metheus-CV design systems to enable larger designs to be developed and stored locally. There is a choice of either a single extra 420 Mbyte Winchester disc drive or a Winchester disc drive with a Cipher tape drive or a pair of Winchester disc drives.
