o some, it may come as a surprise that the T court appeal of Order 636 has still not really begun and will probably not be finished for another year or two. Without explaining how or why the courts have effectively put this case to sleep from August, 1992, to date, suffice it to say that a schedule for submitting briefs and arguing this case is now being discussed by the parties and the D.C. Circuit clerk's office.
If this case comes alive in the next month or so, it is time now to get a current reading concerning what it will likely involve that is important to LDCs.

An unusual case of Merkel cell carcinoma of the lower lip with metastasis to the submental nodes is presented. Clinical similarities and the histopathologic and prognostic differences between this tumor and basal or squamous cell carcinomas of the head and neck area are discussed and the current tho
