## Abstract ## BACKGROUND Caudal regression syndrome (CRS) is a congenital heterogeneous constellation of caudal anomalies that include varying degrees of agenesis of the spinal column, anorectal malformations (ARMs), genitourinary anomalies, and pulmonary hypoplasia. The combination of a particul
