The interaction term of the kinetic equation is expressed in the form of a sum of two terms: The one term is due to binary collisions between close particles, and the other is due to collective interactions among remote particles. This kinetic equation is exact up to the first order in the plasma parameter; the Coulomb logarithm is not necessarily large.
