About the Author
About the Author American writer Rex Todhunter Stout (1886 1975) was noted for his detective fiction and his characters Nero Wolfe and assistant Archie Goodwin. He was a founder of the Vanguard Press and head of the Writers' War Board during World War II. He was also the long-time president of the Authors Guild. Stout received the Mystery Writers of America's Grand Master Award and the Nero Wolfe corpus was nominated Best Mystery Series of the Century at Bouchercon XXXI, the world's largest mystery convention.
