✦ Synopsis
The intentions of this study were to characterize cytosis of HA particles were noted. More generally, the the macrosopic, microscopic, and structural aspects of a implant was surrounded by well-mineralized bone investing plasma-sprayed implant and to thoroughly investigate bone the smallest cavities of the plasma-sprayed layer. Newly tissue response after its implantation in sheep. Therefore, we formed microcrystals with size, shape, and structure similar used scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron to those of bone apatite crystals were growing directly at the microscopy (TEM), high-resolution TEM, X-ray diffraction, coating surface. These results suggest that the bone-bonding and energy-dispersive X-ray analyses. Assessment of the bio-behavior of the considered grooved implant should promaterial prior to implantation showed a coating with irregu-vide satisfactory osseointegration and be suitable for fixed lar outlines and varying thickness, mainly consisting of hy-prostheses.
