✦ Synopsis

The ultrasound findings in renal transplant rupture have been infrequently reported in the literature. It has been reported as an echogenic mass above the superior pole of the kidney without intrinsic renal abnormality. We wish to report a case showing both intrarenal and extrarenal hematoma. In the appropriate clinical setting a specific diagnosis can be made.
