## Abstract We describe a case of ultrasound (US)‐facilitated spinal anesthesia in a patient with a prior lumbar laminectomy and spinal fusion who presented for total knee arthroplasty. Traditional, landmark‐guided spinal anesthesia had previously failed. Although pre‐procedural US identified a sof
