Castleman's disease is a relatively rare lymphoproliferative disease. We report an asymptomatic case of Castleman's disease isolated to the mesentery and detected incidentally by sonography. In this case, color Doppler sonography demonstrated an artery penetrating the mass's hilum, suggesting a lymp
