Congenital dilatation of neck veins is an uncom-CASE REPORT mon entity. Fewer than 75 cases have been reported since the original description by Harris in 1928. ' We recently encountered such a case in which the diagnosis was made by sonography. To our knowledge, no previous accounts of this diagnosis by sonography have appeared.
