Abstract
Three patients are presented with pregnancies complicated by Rhesus incompatibility. The presence of fetal ascites in hydrops fetalis is demonstrated with ultrasonic Bβscanning and compared with conventional radiographs. The value of localizing the placenta and estimating its volume is discussed.
