Phoenix Hankinson and Lily Fontaine have been engaged for over two years. There was never a big push to move forward because both were happy with their relationship. As soon as they decide to get married, however, obstacles start and don't seem to cease.
First, there's the issue of his last name. Then his mother shares her disapproval in a less than respectful way. Lily finds out some news, her mother-in-law gets arrested, Phoenix and she are on the outs, and she has to uncover whether her mother-in-law is guilty or lying. All in a days work.
