Difficult to see on account of large star near. 672. This star was announced 'as var. (Wolsingham Observatory Circular No. 32). -April 29: 7.7, H y and Hd bright? F certainly not bright, colour red, magnificent spectrum. -Aug. 4, 8.4. -Pickering informs me that the Harvard photographs do not show variation. Bands in Red are plain, faint in other parts.
