## Abstract This letter presents a rectangular slot antenna with a novel coplanar waveguide fed diamond patch covering frequency range from 2.27 to 10.63 GHz based on S~11~ < โˆ’10 dB, 129%. The fabricated antenna has a small size as high as 42 ร— 42 mm^2^. The measured results are in good agreement w
