β¦ Synopsis
Abstract
Thirtyβtwo earlyβpassage human embryonic cultures were examined in the electron microscope and one of them, derived from a muscle tissue, contained two budding and four mature typeβC virus particles. Of the 15 original embryonic tissues from five embryos, only one showed the presence of a virusβlike particle. It is of interest to note that the tissue specimens which contained virusβlike particles originated from the same embryo.

Tumors need to acquire an angiogenic phenotype for outgrowth and metastasis formation. Limited information on the angiogenic potential of specific tissues, especially human breast tissues is available. Here we describe an in vivo model, using the dorsal skin fold chamber in immunodeficient nude mice
