Abstract
Proteins from Clostridium pasteurianum were separated by twoβdimensional gel electrophoresis. Aminoβterminal sequence determination and sequence analysis allowed the identification of 20 proteins, while 11 protein sequences remained unidentified and one protein appeared to have a blocked amino terminus.
