✦ Synopsis

Two different dilatometric devices designed for magneto-strictive strain measurements at low temperatures are described. Their sensitivity is of the order of 1G 1o for relative length changes. They are provided with an adjustable gap system which makes it possible to change the gap between the capacitor plates at helium temperature.
