## Abstract Although growing evidence demonstrates that __TWIST1__ is an interesting tumor biomarker, little is known about the clinical significance of __TWIST1__ expression and __TWIST1__ methylation in human primary colorectal cancer. In this study, we examined the association of __TWIST1__ expr
