## Abstract Phenethyl isothiocyanate (PEITC), a constituent of many cruciferous vegetables, is well known to have versatile physiological activities, including chemopreventive effects. On the other hand, its anti‐inflammatory effects are poorly reported. Nitric oxide (NO) is associated with a wide
