## Abstract Four new cembranoid diterpenes, sarcophytonolides I–L (**1**–**4**), were isolated from the Hainan soft coral __Sarcophyton latum.__ Their structures were established by detailed analysis of 1D and 2D NMR spectra and by comparison with related model compounds.
