✦ Synopsis

Low-energy electron-Impact

excitation spectra are presented for glyoval and biacetyl Several tnplet states have been located. Assignments are suggested for some transitions at the high-energy sides of the spectra

Electron euitation ;md resonance processes have been stndied in 1,6-methanoj IO] annulene and 1.6-oxide-I 101 annulehe, naphthalene and azulene\_ The loosest triplet states hsve been loated in the annulenes. A new reson;lnce in naphthalene at 3-4 eV is also reported in this study.
