The corrosion-resisting propcrtim of the mn~csium-nluminium-zinc nlloy A8 in the as-cast mndition can La improved by trentmcnt preferably for 1-1+ hours with supcrhosied stcam at n tempcratum of 200-280" and nt atmospheric pressure.
