## Abstract In this study, a useful method was developed to fabricate array patterns of microparticles not on electrode surfaces, but on arbitrary surfaces, using negative‐dielectrophoresis (n‐DEP). First, electrodes were designed and electric field simulations were performed to manipulate micropar
