✦ Synopsis

Vesico-uterine fistula is a rare variety of the female urogenital fistulas. Several diagnostic modalities have been proposed for the correct diagnosis of this condition. We report the transvaginal ultrasonographic findings of a vesico-uterine fistula that was detected 4 weeks after cesarean section. Our report suggests that a vesico-uterine fistula can be detected by transvaginal sonogra-PhY.
