✦ Synopsis

A-strain mice were given technical DDT in sunflower-seed oil at daily dose levels of SOppm during their entire life span for Fo generation and of IOppm for F,-F, consecutive generations. Exposure to both levels of D D T resulted in a significant increase of lung adenomas in F, generations: 36.66 % by SO ppm and 19.05 % by I0 ppm of DDT.
