✦ Synopsis

The aim of this paper is to show a new approach towards the discretization of multidimensional conservation laws. The idea of transport associated with the solution of a scalar equation is used for the convective part of the compressible Euler equations. A multidimensional wave structure is derived

By virtue of the success of the transmission line matrix method (TLM) in solving heat and matter diffusion problems, it should also be applicable to the time-dependent Schrodinger equation. The occurrence of complexvalued circuit elements does not destroy the unconditional stability of the routine.
