We present I I specimens from 2 patients with transitional cell carcinoma metastatic to the cerebrospinoljluid. This is a rare occurrence documented in one previous report in which 5 patients had 28 specimens reviewed (Ehya et al., Acta CvtolI981:25:S9e610).
