## Abstract We report on the design, analytical modeling, numerical simulation, fabrication, and experimental characterization of chip‐scale microwave resonators that exhibit high quality‐factors (Q‐factors) in the microwave frequency range. We demonstrate high Q‐factors by tuning these microwave r
