✦ Synopsis

A change in structure of the transient action spectra of Al/u-HaPc photovoltaic cells is observed as the reverse cell bias is increased. Thxs indicates that the carrier generation process is basically local in nature and that the exciton drffnsion length is smaller than the barrier width.
