## Abstract The objective of this Letter is to study the propagation over a nonhomogeneous surface composed of land and sea. To tackle this study, an integral‐equation (IE) formulation plus impedance boundary conditions (IBCs) are used. In order to solve the problem raised, an efficient algorithm b
