## Abstract A new fully integrated, dualโ€band CMOS voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) is presented. The VCO is composed of two complementary Colpitts VCOs and is implemented in 0.18โ€ฮผm CMOS technology with 2โ€V supply voltage. The circuit allows the VCO to operate at two resonant frequencies with a

## Abstract We proposed a 2.4/5.15 GHz dualโ€band voltageโ€controlled oscillator which consists of a voltageโ€controlled oscillator and an injectionโ€locked oscillator. Its upper and lower band frequencies are 4.48โˆผ5.86 GHz and 2.24โˆผ2.93 GHz, respectively. With the power consumption of 3.2 mW, their ph
