Here we give a self-contained new proof of the partial regularity theorems for solutions of incompressible Navier-Stokes equations in three spatial dimensions. These results were originally due to Scheffer and Caffarelli, Kohn, and Nirenberg. Our proof is much more direct and simpler.
The pure-and mixed-state descriptions of the charge transfer CT between complementary molecular subsystems are compared at the two-and three-state approximation levels. The CT chemical potential and hardness derivatives of the resulting energy expressions are discussed. The KohnแSham approach to the
Molecular electrostatic potential MEP maps and MEP-derived charges for certain molecules were studied by the ab initio approach using the 6-31G basis set. ลฝ . These results were used to obtain the parameters K and for fluorine, sulfur, and ลฝ . chlorine required for the hybridization displacement ch
This note examines the question of the transferabiiity of the energy of a hnded fragment between \_.\_ different molecules in terms of the transferability of the charge distribution. This is accomplished through a spatial partitioning of both the charge distribution and the energy of a molecular sys
