Abstract

A method is presented to generate polynomials with phase values and delay (first derivative) specified at given frequencies. Then a closed form solution is described for the scattering transfer function S~12~(p) of a resistively terminated lossless reciprocal two‐port network with ideal amplitude and arbitrary phase and delay.
